Right now, we are looking for a new colleague for our Customer Care team based in Prague (maternity leave cover).

Responsibilities and challenges
- Provide 1st level administrative sales and customer care support to our internal and external customers (B2B)
- Escalate 2nd level technical issues to the appropriate supporter, using the available roster
- Follow up on any technical issues or complaints, managing expectations for its resolution
- Coordinate & liaise across departments to guarantee stakeholders satisfaction
- Maintain customer information systems in accordance with company policies
- Contribute to the standardization and improvement of working processes
- No external incoming phone calls (we are not a call center)
Qualifications
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment in an international company
- Must have a flexible approach and excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to work within a team is essential
- Self-motivated with ability to work without direct management control
- You are proficient in communicating in English (fluent English)
- You have good command of MS Office tools
- You have attention to detail and quality, you are structured
- You have a mindset of a continuous improvement approach to work
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is preferred
- Previous experience in software license management preferred
