The Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will contribute to building, optimizing, and maintaining our cloud-based solutions. You’ll participate in managing Azure-based DevOps operations in a multi-cloud infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. You'll work closely with our engineering team to optimize our CI/CD pipelines and ensure the security and resilience of our systems. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology and isn’t afraid to introduce new ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and maintenance of cloud infrastructure in Azure.
• Develop and expand CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage container orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow and implement cloud security best practices.
• Support automation efforts using tools like Terraform. 

Skills and Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of experience with Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
• Experience with cloud security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with skilled colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

• Interest in working with Helm, PostgreSQL, Linux and Hasura.
• Interest in Cyber Security and penetration test practices.
• Experience with .net based applications
• An interest in understanding and working with maritime operational forecast systems.

Office Location

You will be based in our office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
