As we are now expanding our HR Global team to better support DHI’s growth strategy, we are currently looking for a Professional, Compensation & Benefits and Mobility.
Your role:
As a Professional, Compensation & Benefits and Mobility, you will play a key role in supporting employees and managers with HR processes related to compensation, benefits, and mobility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the annual salary review and bonus processes, managing the yearly data submissions for Mercer benchmarking, and administering employee benefit structures. In addition, you will coordinate and support internal applicants for the DHI Mobility Scholarship, assist with long-term internal relocations, and facilitate business cases for international hires.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support and administer the end-to-end yearly process of salary review and bonus, based on the input from the P&C Leadership Team
- Support and administer the end-to-end yearly process of Mercer data submission and reporting, based on the input from the P&C Leadership Team and HRBPs
- Support the development of DHIs pay philosophy and audit it after implementation
- Provide day-to day benchmark analysis to the HRBP team and the business where appropriate
- Managing incoming queries from different stakeholders
- Answer reporting requests in the field of Compensation & Benefits
- Super user of Maconomy and SuccessFactors when it comes to Compensation & Benefits related questions
- Vendor management where and when necessary – point of contact for Mercer
- Handle end-to-end mobility cases with the support of other colleagues from the P&C Team where necessary
- Continuous improvement of processes within responsibility area
Who are we looking for?
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree and or 3-4 years of experience in similar area
- Experience & Knowledge
- Compensation & Benefits process knowledge
- HR administration background
- HR ERP is an advantage
- Language Skills
- English fluent both oral and written
- Other languages are an advantage
