Responsibilities and challenges
You will report directly to our VP Business Finance. You work will closely with the rest of the team in FP&A and the Business Partners on a daily basis, including our PowerBI Architect and Database Specialist.

The main responsibilities and challenges in the job are:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to drive strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
- Performance & Variance Analysis – Analyse key financial metrics, profitability, and business trends, conducting variance analysis to explain deviations and provide actionable insights.
- Reporting & Dashboards – Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Support the business partnering team – Collaborate to align financial insights with operational goals.
- Process Improvement – Enhance financial models, tools, and reporting structures for better efficiency, accuracy and automation.
Qualifications and personal skills
We are looking for a new colleague who have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, or financial modelling.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, mastering PowerPoint presentations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Service minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in working in an international environment and matrix structure is preferred.
- A good team player, open-minded, enthusiastic and responsible
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Able to work independently and handle time pressure to meet reporting deadline.

Office location
- Physical office at the DHI office in Prague, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week
