Responsibilities and challenges
We are looking for a Developer Platform & Integration Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in modernizing our developer platform and supporting integration of new infrastructure for data science.
The main responsibilities are:
- Lead and support the migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub, including developing training sessions for onboarding colleagues.
- Provide onboarding support to internal users.
- Promote best practices for inner source collaboration and repository management.
- Support the integration of a Kubernetes-based data science platform (Adalab or Posit Workbench), ensuring connectivity with existing DHI infrastructure including Azure cloud services and data storage systems.
- Administer platform access, including SSO user groups, and onboard DHI colleagues to the platform.
- Assist in setting up CI/CD pipelines and access control for the platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations and user access issues.
- Work closely with developers, data scientists, IT, and security teams to align tooling and integration efforts with business needs.
- Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and personal skills
We are looking for a new colleague who will join us on our quest in solving the world’s water problems and have the following qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with GitHub administration and Git-based workflows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and SSO integration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of Kubernetes and containerized application deployment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Desirable:
- Experience with Azure DevOps and its migration to GitHub.
- Familiarity with data science platforms (e.g., Posit Workbench, Adalab, JupyterHub).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm).
- Knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments.

You will be based in our office in Hørsholm, Denmark. We are working on a hybrid manner, which will allow you to work from home a few times per week.
